Elder Beverly Clark Stephens is a dynamic and anointed woman of God who teaches the word with much depth and boldness. She serves with her husband Bishop Edward H. Stephens Jr. as an ordained Elder and First Lady of Golden Gate Cathedral of Memphis. Beverly's commitment to helping others is evident throughout her lifestyle of service.
On June 30 2011 Beverly qualified to receive the Pink Cadillac from Mary Kay Cosmetics. On October 17 2011 Beverly was awarded her Pink Cadillac at Bud Davis Cadillac of Memphis. She was surrounded by hundreds of friends family members team members and supporters as her car was unveiled. Beverly is currently the only African American Pink Cadillac Driver in the state of Tennessee. Her team consists of over 130 consultants male and female in 9 states. As a Senior Cadillac Driving Sales Director her contagious energy and enthusiasm speaks volumes about why she has one of the fastest growing units in the South. Beverly is extremely excited about the new consultants to her Mary Kay Team Beverly's Bold Believers and Achievers and equally excited about creating a 2nd and 3rd Pink Cadillac driver within her unit.
Alongside her recent accomplishments Beverly is the founder of the "XYZ Ministry" (translated eXtra Years of Zeal) a ministry designed to meet the needs of senior citizens within the body of Christ. Her active involvement in the community has allowed her to receive numerous recognition and awards including "Outstanding Woman in Memphis" and "Phenomenal Woman". She holds degrees in Health Care Administration & Planning from Fisk University & Meharry Medical College and a Masters of Public Health from the University of Michigan. She is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc.
This virtuous woman is a loving wife and a proud mother of three sons: Edward III Eron and Evan. Under the direction of the Holy Spirit Beverly gives freely of herself. As role model for many she motivates and inspires men women boys and girls. Her favorite passage of scripture is "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" (Philippians 4:13).
